A daily welfare check from an owner on site who knows horses. An optional camera over the paddocks lets you see your horse from your phone, any time.
Locked, gated entry and camera coverage across the property, with dedicated float parking. You always know your horse is safe and the gate is shut.
Your horse in its own space, never a shared mob. Low density, no churn, calm ground. Plus secure, lockable tack and feed storage in a sound, dry barn.
A quality sand arena on a sound, purpose-built base, floodlit for evening work and ridable year-round. Jumps available. A quiet bonus, never a crowd.
The setting
A private, rear-position block midway between Ararimu and Hunua. Quiet, fenced, and genuinely peaceful, fifteen minutes from the motorway and on the edge of Auckland's fastest-growing corridor as the new Drury metro centre and rail station reshape the south. The Hunua Ranges horse trails, around 12km of valley and bush tracks, are a short float away with a free Auckland Council pass.
Who it suits
Your horse is your priority and you want it somewhere safe, calm and watched. You value a quiet, private yard over a busy commercial barn, and peace of mind over a crowd.
You're a serious or competition rider who needs a floodlit, all-weather surface to school early or after dark, year-round, somewhere quiet and secure rather than a packed centre.
You're after a large commercial barn with full training and a busy social scene. We keep it to four horses, deliberately, so it stays quiet.

Per horse. Individual paddock, daily welfare check, floodlit all-weather arena, secure tack and feed storage, optional paddock camera, and gated security, all included.
Feed and farriery arranged separately. Four spots only, by enquiry, with a waitlist when full.
